Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at a busy Community Health Center in Staten Island. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities, working collaboratively with APPs and other specialty physicians to ensure quality primary and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities
- Collaborate with APPs and other specialty physicians to ensure quality primary and preventive care
- Provide integrated care to individuals living on Staten Island
- Participate in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) programs
- NYS license
- DEA
- Board certification
- Strong commitment to the community
- Salary: $200K-220K
- Sign on Relocation Retention
- Productivity and quality incentives
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Monday-Friday schedule
- One evening/week and one Saturday/month may be required
