Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume reconciliations, including historical data analysis.
  • Proactively identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate reconciliation documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Leverage Oracle or comparable Tier 1 ERP systems for financial data management.
  • Ensure the integrity and precision of data within the ERP system.
  • Oversee and facilitate the month-end closing process.
  • Support both internal and external audit activities.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, particularly in shared services.
  • Extensive background in high-volume reconciliations.
  • Proficient in Oracle or similar Tier 1 ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
