The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in shared services and demonstrate the ability to manage high-volume reconciliations while effectively utilizing Tier 1 ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume reconciliations, including historical data analysis.
- Proactively identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate reconciliation documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Leverage Oracle or comparable Tier 1 ERP systems for financial data management.
- Ensure the integrity and precision of data within the ERP system.
- Oversee and facilitate the month-end closing process.
- Support both internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, particularly in shared services.
- Extensive background in high-volume reconciliations.
- Proficient in Oracle or similar Tier 1 ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
