Geriatric Nursing Team Leader

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Geriatric Nursing Team Leader at Allied Services. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medically prescribed treatment and coordinate nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Monitor the performance of acceptable standards of nursing care on your assigned nursing unit and provide guidance and support to your team members.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of satisfactory experience in geriatric setting preferred.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners required or eligible for such licensure.
- CPR Certification required or must be obtained and maintained.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
**Physical Demands:** Heavy Work: duties require exerting 50-100 lbs. of force occasionally (approx 33-66% of the time), and/or 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.
**Accident or Health Hazards:** Occasional exposure to blood and body substances.
**Working Conditions:** Works in resident living areas.
