The Strategic Communications Specialist serves as a key advisor to the leadership team within the Streets Division, focusing on the development and execution of core messaging strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy for various platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast media, aligned with the organization's core values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead proactive communication initiatives, continuously assessing and refining strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Draft and oversee the creation of communications materials on behalf of the Streets Division leadership.
  • Facilitate internal communications to keep employees engaged and informed about the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Develop multimedia content in partnership with design teams to create visually compelling materials.
  • Manage communications during critical events and major incidents, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Conceptualize and produce data-driven communication collateral, including speeches, social media content, and talking points.
  • Provide strategic counsel to executives on messaging tailored to specific audiences and assess communication impact.
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the work of external consultants and contractors to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications:
