Job Description

Pella Windows and Doors of North Carolina and Southwest Virginia is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Charlotte team. This position is responsible for servicing our Pella products in area homes while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and adjust Pella products, including replacing glass and installing window shades, blinds, muntins, and roll screens.
  • Prepare and submit field reports on product problems, collect COD receipts, and maintain service orders and billing paperwork.
  • Ensure quality customer service and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Additional duties as specified by management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of residential construction and ability to use hand tools.
  • Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding.
  • Neat appearance, good listening skills, and excellent communication skills for direct customer contact.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
