About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Meat Cutter and Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and slicing meats and cheeses to meet our high standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Slice and portion meats and cheeses in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient store operations
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience in meat cutting and inventory management is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for overtime pay and bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
