This role involves supporting patients in the Springfield area and nearby regions.

The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to midnight.

We seek compassionate nursing professionals who possess:
  • Active LPN license in the relevant state
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Minimum of two years of LPN experience, preferably in hospice
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Commitment to timely documentation and charting
  • Ability to manage time and schedules effectively
  • Experience with mobile devices and electronic medical records
