**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Business Management System (BMS) and Quality System initiatives at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama. The successful candidate will work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure a deep understanding of our BMS and Quality System.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective scorecard development and utilization to ensure scorecard objectives are tied directly to our business plan.
  • Lead BMS and Quality System plant-wide activities, including internal BMS audits and CEBOS Document Control System administration work.
  • Continual improvement of BMS mindset plant-wide through continual training at all levels of the organization.
  • Level up HMMA Process Quality Improvement in collaboration with Process Evaluation Group and Departments.
  • Ensure CEBOS Document Control System related issues are resolved.
  • Serve as interface between HMMA and external BMS and Quality System service providers.
  • Promote cross-departmental teamwork to implement the BMS.
  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
  • Manage QA department Special Projects and investigations as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree desired.
  • 5-10 years job-related experience desired.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 desired.

**Additional Information:**

This position may require occasional travel and flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and off-shift work. The successful candidate will be required to meet all other requirements as assigned.
