Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at H2 Health. As a pediatric care specialist, you will work with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality assessment and treatment services to children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients with speech and language disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help children achieve their communication goals
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program
  • Eligible or active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and knowledge of child development principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
