**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer (System Administrator) to support our VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive onsite and remote support to IT customers across all VA Administrations and special program offices.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
  • Provide Remote and Desk-Side Technical Support
  • Maintain User Accounts and System Configuration
  • Monitor Open Tickets and Implement Corrective Actions
  • Utilize Debugging Protocols and Processes

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • 8 Years of Additional Experience May Be Substituted for Education
  • Experience with System Administration Tasks and Logging Data
  • Knowledge of Debugging Protocols and Processes
  • Adept Knowledge of IT Principles and Practices

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, healthcare benefits, and education reimbursement opportunities.
