Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals by executing operational processes and maintaining a well-stocked store environment.
  • Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in maintaining store standards, executing visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, driving sales performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.

Working Conditions

  • Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
  • Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift.
  • Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during shift.
