Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Supervisor to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Ultrasound Department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Ultrasound Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide training and guidance to ultrasound technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain departmental budgets and resources.

Requirements:

  • 4 years' experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • ARDMS registered.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
