Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) Tactical Communications Enabler Branch.
- Support the Army Watercraft System C5ISR Sustainment Branch (AWS-CSB) by aiding the Business Analyst in daily operations.
- Engage in various tasks including:
- Reporting
- Purchasing
- Funding management
- Data entry
- Administrative support
- Travel coordination
- Assess complex data systems and respond to management or customer requests.
- Develop methodologies for data analysis and presentation, ensuring high data quality and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, delivering data products in both report and presentation formats.
- Provide support to the Government in addressing incident reports through various communication channels.
- Assist in managing daily operational aspects to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or related roles.
- Proficiency in evaluating data quality and utilizing analytical tools is essential.
- Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Experience supporting the Army Watercraft System C5ISR Sustainment Branch (AWS-CSB) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with C5ISR assets on Army vessels/platforms is a plus.
Security Clearance:
- An Active DoD Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to maintain it.
Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel may be necessary, both domestically and internationally, to provide urgent support.
Physical Demands:
- The role requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, as well as the capacity to walk, climb, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
