Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our educational services team, you will work collaboratively with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement speech therapy programs for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Program Development: Work closely with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to design and implement speech therapy programs that meet the unique needs of students.
  • Student Support: Provide one-on-one or small group speech and language interventions to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data is collected.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and teachers to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Inclusive Learning Environment: Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development for students with speech and language disorders.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators.
