Key Responsibilities- Transaction Execution: Lead and manage the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), and other capital raising transactions.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including C-suite executives and key decision-makers, to provide strategic advice and guidance on complex financial and business matters.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential transactions to ensure successful deal execution.
- Business Development: Participate in business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Team Management: Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and capital raising transactions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Licenses: Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred.
