Responsibilities:
  • Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the Primrose School curriculum outlines and materials
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times
  • Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions as determined by the Director


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 core unit classes with a grade of C or better, as well as 3 units in Infant/Toddler and relevant work experience in a licensed childcare facility as a teacher. A pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality are also essential. You must meet the basic requirements of local child care regulatory agencies, including immunization, health screening, finger-printing, and background check. We also require a valid certification in CPR and First Aid.
