Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Fairmount Homes, Inc. in Pennsylvania. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our elderly residents.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting pertinent information and changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse, obtaining vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately, and presenting each resident with a clean and neat appearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Report pertinent information and changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
  • Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.
  • Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance.
Requirements:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Kind, respectful, patient, and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community.
  • Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care.
