  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring a well-stocked bar.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively, and support each other in achieving goals.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of bartending experience in high-volume bars and/or nightclubs.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments.
  • Certifications: Possess alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
Physical Demands:
  • Physical Ability: Ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, move about the bar and kitchen efficiently and safely, and perform bending, standing, stooping, and kneeling.
