Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL A Knuckle Boom Operator to join our team at New Hire Solutions. As a Knuckle Boom Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and maneuvering a truck-mounted knuckle boom crane to load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a truck-mounted knuckle boom crane to lift, move, position, and secure materials and equipment according to job requirements
  • Efficiently load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles using the knuckle boom crane, ensuring adherence to weight distribution and safety regulations
  • Drive the truck to transport materials and equipment to designated locations, maintaining safety and operational efficiency throughout the journey
  • Maintain accurate records of materials handled, equipment inspections, and any incidents or accidents. Complete necessary paperwork as required
Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a Knuckle Boom Operator or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of operating and maintaining a knuckle boom crane
  • Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operation and material handling
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform lifting and manual labor tasks as required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Location and Schedule

Moultrie, GA

Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM

$16.00 - $18.00 / Hour
