We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) supports to children and adults with Autism. The successful candidate will work closely with our Behavioral Specialist to implement individualized ABA goal plans, focusing on teaching communication, self-care, and adaptive skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA programs for clients aged 18 months to 21 years
  • Work closely with the Behavioral Specialist to develop and implement individualized goal plans
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Michigan driver's license
  • Experience working with children or adults with disabilities (preferred but not necessary)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate ($18.00 per hour based on experience)
  • Part-time position (20-32 hours per week)
  • Flexible scheduling (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 6:00pm)
