Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Social Work Consultant and Crisis Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our Social Work Center of Excellence, you'll play a critical role in providing virtual access to patients in need of crisis intervention and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct suicide risk assessments and intervene with risk mitigation strategies and crisis intervention practices
  • Develop rapport with outpatient clinic staff and foster bidirectional communication
  • Provide services via a virtual platform, accessible via telephone or video
  • Consult with providers regarding patients reporting moderate to high-risk scenarios
  • Work independently in an ever-changing environment and contribute to program development
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho
