Job Overview

Roads to Success Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Worksite Monitor to join our team for the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). As a Worksite Monitor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and documenting participant internship efforts, ensuring a successful and productive experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the collection of program-required documents at assigned worksites
  • Prioritize assignments to meet weekly goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional relationship with worksite supervisors
  • Travel within the 5 boroughs to conduct site visits and monitor participant progress
  • Submit detailed monitoring logs and collect timesheets with accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration, social services, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting systems
