Work Schedule:
We are a Monday to Friday operation, with no weekends. Our schedule is as follows:
Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
Welcoming patients and getting them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
Assisting the doctor in providing care to the patients.
Staying up-to-date with existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
Monitoring lab materials and supplies.
Developing a relationship with patients and providing exceptional customer service.
Following all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines and maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and team members.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or Front Office professional. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with dental software, such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, is a plus.
