We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead our Facilities Maintenance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage the facilities maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Facilities Maintenance Operations: Work with supervisors to ensure required maintenance is completed and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/management.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve building-related mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Project Management: Manage facilities projects with understandable and executable timelines.
- Experience: Ability to follow and troubleshoot electrical schematics and familiarity with general blueprint reading.
- Education: Participation in required training programs such as "Hazardous Waste Management / Spill Control & Response Training / DOT / Contingency Plan & Security Awareness Training."
- Management Experience: Management experience is required.
