Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a dynamic leader to drive improvement for patient experience in our Ambulatory Services. As a Manager of Care Experience, you will work closely with frontline staff, leaders, and physicians to enhance the patient experience in our clinics and ambulatory service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dynamic leadership through building relationships, mentoring, and coaching to drive improvement for patient experience.
  • Work with teams at all levels of the organization and across the continuum of care to support the system's goals and directives.
  • Facilitate the identification and deployment of best practices to support organizational strategic objectives.
  • Provide subject matter consultation to operating units in support of quality, stewardship, and service goals.
  • Administer services determined to be more efficiently and effectively performed centrally.
  • Engage with strategic partnerships to drive performance across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 years' healthcare experience.
