  • Flexible work schedules across various home and facility assignments

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering personal care services tailored to meet the individual needs of clients or patients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, which may include feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and shopping
  • Supporting clients with mobility tasks as outlined in their care plan, while documenting any changes to the Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Certification in CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Valid driver's license with an insured and reliable vehicle
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull; ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required by client mobility
