Senior Medical Professional for Skilled Nursing Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Professional to provide high-quality medical care services in skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and at least two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient medical needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues that may arise.
- Order laboratory and diagnostic testing as necessary, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Active state NP license, current NPP certification, and DEA licensure.
- Five or more years of nursing experience, preferably with at least two years in a nurse practitioner role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
