Job Title: District Sales Manager

The Skechers Retail Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to lead a team of Store Managers and drive sales growth in their district. As a key member of the retail leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing store performance, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage store performance, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Store Managers, providing coaching, development, and feedback
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers, retail operations, and senior retail leadership to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
  • Strong sales and operations skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
