Job Overview

Position Summary

Shift Availability: 7PM-7AM

Work Schedule: 2/2/3 Rotating Shift - 12-hour shifts

Pay Range: $22-$30/hr (Additional pay for hours worked from 12am-7am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all tasks in compliance with Can-One's Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Guidelines, and Training
  • Initiate and halt machinery as required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Capable of standing, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and regularly lifting weights between 10-40 lbs
  • Maintain a standing position at the workstation throughout the scheduled shift
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Read, write, speak, interpret, and comprehend the English language
  • Conduct machine setup, disassembly, cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of various equipment components
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Carry out necessary maintenance to ensure efficient operation of machinery

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required
  • Able to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possess mechanical skills
  • Capable of identifying product imperfections
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Thorough understanding of production processes and machinery
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to navigate the facility to identify and address maintenance or repair needs
  • Physically capable of performing repairs as required, including lifting up to 25 pounds at a time
