This Test Technician supporting 2nd shift operations in the TACAIR Microwave Factory will make impacts in the following ways;
  • Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements. Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory.
  • Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
  • Assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU's.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma and 1 year work experience.
Ability to work under microscope for extended periods of time

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $72490

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
