Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping environment, including resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
  • Perform cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals

Requirements

  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time and/or deadline pressures
  • Required vision abilities include close up and distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with residents, customers, and coworkers
  • Ability to learn new tasks and information and apply to serving others
  • Commitment to delivering on responsibilities
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
