Key Responsibilities
  1. Member Experience and Digital Transformation
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the member experience and drive digital adoption.
    • Lead cross-functional product teams to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
    • Track and organize project status to ensure timely delivery and executive leadership alignment.
  2. Business Ownership and Compliance
    • Serve as business owner for member-facing tools, ensuring compliance with government mandates and regulations.
    • Collaborate with leaders to produce user-centric, design-driven portals and tools.
    • Oversee initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts to optimize digital extension and transformation of services.
  3. Audit and Quality Assurance
    • Design, coordinate, and perform audits of key functions and enhancements to ensure data and process integrity.
    • Direct resolution of identified issues and monitor measures to ensure improvements are maintained.
  4. Talent Development and Performance
    • Select, motivate, train, and develop staff within agreed policies and practices.
    • Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and develop people in roles.
