We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Continental Properties inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to maintain the appearance and safety of the community.
  • Expense Management: Oversee expenses and budget for maintenance operations.
  • Team Support: Provide support and training to maintenance team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a multifamily maintenance supervisor role.
  • Certifications: EPA and CPO certifications desired, as well as substantial experience in HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to physically perform repairs at the community when needed, including lifting and moving up to 25 pounds to 50 pounds individually or with assistance.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform responsibilities.
