Service Technician I Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician I to support our operations at a prominent apartment community. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are transformed into inviting living spaces. You will also be responsible for upholding the aesthetic appeal of the property and its shared areas, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for all.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance
  • Proficient in following both verbal and written directives
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Willingness to work weekends and participate in an on-call emergency rotation
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification are preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance duties
  • Preparing vacant apartments to be move-in ready
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the property grounds and communal areas
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Service Supervisor

Work Schedule:
Days: Monday – Friday

Licenses/Certifications:
Must possess a valid Driver's License in the property's state or a nearby state, or be willing to obtain one within 60 days.
