Job Requirements:
  • Must have maintenance experience in the apartment community industry.
  • HVAC license is required.
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pools, and general maintenance is necessary.
  • Assist with completing service requests, making readies, and upgrading apartments.
  • Assist with various projects assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician.
  • Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule.
  • Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation.
  • The property has 240 units.
Working Environment:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands, and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell.
  • Lifting, carrying, positioning, or lifting 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices is occasionally required.
  • The working environment is typically in an outdoor setting, with an occasional need to leave the premises for business purposes.
