We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Beaver County YMCA.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members and guests. This includes performing floor care and cleaning, window and mirror cleaning, ceiling care, and restroom and locker room cleaning and sanitation.
You will also be responsible for suggesting improvements and maintaining professional conduct and a neat appearance consistent with our Dress Policy.
In addition, you will be responsible for performing trash removal from all areas of the building, maintaining the YMCA grounds by pulling weeds, removing trash, snow, and ice, and performing event setup and teardown.
You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
We offer a competitive salary of $10.25/hour and FREE YMCA Membership as part of our benefits package.
