About the Job:
The Building Mechanic will report directly to the Property Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and effectiveness of our facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and cleaning of the Y Facility and grounds.
- Assist in managing, coordinating, and scheduling work projects to be completed with minimal disruption to members.
- Snow removal from walkways.
- Set up and tear down of various activities.
- Conduct daily evaluation of equipment and facility and follow up on all safety and cleanliness-related issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 year's experience managing large facilities or multiple facilities.
- Must have a valid PA driver's license.
