Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive project management frameworks for customer onboarding, establishing protocols and best practices that support scalability as the organization grows.
  • Oversee all facets of software implementation projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to future objectives regarding scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with government clients to gather business requirements, define project scope, and establish clear, achievable project goals.
  • Create detailed project plans that involve all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, including status updates, decision briefs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing potential challenges or risks and proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and properly setting expectations.
  • Guarantee that all client requirements are fulfilled, leading to successful acceptance and utilization of BS&A's software solutions.
  • Coordinate training sessions for clients and their personnel to ensure effective technology adoption.
  • Continuously assess projects to ensure alignment with company standards, preparing detailed progress reports for management.
  • Stay informed about the delivery work within BS&A and collaborate with various functions within Customer Operations and Account Executives to facilitate timely go-lives.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or in a similar capacity, ideally within a SaaS environment (GovTech experience preferred but not mandatory), with a track record of establishing project management functions from the ground up.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all project phases, including initiation, planning, development, risk and budget management, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in implementing and managing project management software tools.
  • Adept at managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively engaging with technical team members.
  • Familiarity with and prior use of a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
