Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery of medical supplies and equipment to our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain operations
- Lead and direct the work of others, including supply chain staff and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including spend to established targets and contract compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers and administrative leadership
- Participate in various committees and meetings to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- Hospital RN Director level experience preferred
- 3 years of Hospital Supply Chain experience preferred
- Certified Materials and Resources Professional (CMRP), preferred
