About This Role

In this seasonal stockroom position at Kohl's, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include processing freight, replenishing the sales floor, and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments, including unloading truck shipments and executing stockroom operations

• Replenish the sales floor as needed based on sell-through and seasonal changes

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

• Execute all product protection standards

• Participate in training new hires on Kohl's brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity standards

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Benefits

Pay starts at $13.00 per hour
