Field Service Technician Lead

Orion Talent is seeking a talented Field Service Technician Lead to oversee our field-based service operations. As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, while also driving business growth and profitability.
Compensation: This leadership role offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary ranging from $96,000 to $105,600, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, 401K matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee field-based service operations, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
