As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include promoting the sale of Xfinity services and products, including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice. Sales:

  • Present, promote, and sell our products and services effectively to both existing and potential customers. Identify opportunities to upsell by highlighting our competitive advantages.
  • Consistently apply effective closing techniques to maximize gross profit.
  • Create tailored solutions that meet customer needs while showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your commissions.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers in a dynamic environment.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company's public image.
  • Aim for high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each customer interaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in Wireless, Cable, or Retail sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Commission-based

Compensation: $35, $65,000 per year
