About the Role

The Field Service Support Technician provides on-site maintenance for our customers' equipment. Responsibilities include:

  • Installing and testing equipment
  • Troubleshooting issues, and making repairs
  • Responding to user needs and ensuring the optimal running of all systems
  • Loading and unloading shipments for all incoming and outgoing orders with the use of a pallet jack or hand truck
  • Scanning and uploading data regarding incoming shipments
  • Installing applications / Setting up Wi-Fi profiles
  • Troubleshooting basic computer hardware and software applications by repairing or replacement
  • Traveling to outside locations for IT customer service
Candidate Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening
  • Ability to install equipment, diagnose problems, and make repairs
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to stick to a tight schedule
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Reliable vehicle and up to date vehicle insurance, able to travel to outside locations for IT customer service
  • Knowledgeable in computer technologies (Windows / Apple / Chrome etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Wired and Wireless networks
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word / PowerPoint / Access / Excel)
  • Good Verbal Communication and writing skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
