Job Title: Call Center Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Call Center Manager to lead our team of sales and customer service professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for driving results, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales and customer service agents
  • Optimize and manage our Vicidial system to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement effective call scripts to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a call center team in a sales or customer service environment
  • Hands-on experience with Vicidial and a strong understanding of its capabilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
