We are in search of an enthusiastic and sociable individual who thrives on engaging with guests to take on the role of a Craft Cocktail Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for serving expertly crafted cocktails alongside a selection of curated alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

This role requires a dedicated and proactive individual committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products with a welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Craft Cocktail Specialist include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring an outstanding guest experience by consistently providing the highest level of service

- Taking beverage orders from patrons and serving expertly crafted cocktails and a full bar menu in a professional and unobtrusive manner

- Checking in with guests to confirm their satisfaction with their drinks and addressing any concerns to ensure guest contentment

- Processing payments from customers

- Clearing tables and counters of dishes and glasses, transporting them to the kitchen for cleaning

- Responding to guest inquiries regarding food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner

- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the entire beverage menu, including ingredients and preparation methods

- Sensing guests' moods and adjusting service to meet their preferences and requests

- Completing opening and closing tasks and deep-cleaning duties as assigned

- Overseeing accurate and efficient setup and breakdown of bar operations

- Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
What are we looking for?

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, particularly bartending, is preferred

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- A warm and engaging personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially verbal, with guests, colleagues, and management

- Excellent grooming and presentation standards with a good sense of decorum

- Highly self-sufficient with strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving abilities

- Good judgment and discretion in evaluating situations and determining appropriate actions

- Capability to interpret and implement management policies or operational practices

- Strong self-discipline with the ability to complete tasks independently

- Proficient in managing multiple tasks, issues, and interactions in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
