About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Case Manager to work remotely for a public school district in Vermont. This is a 1099 contract position that offers flexibility for full or part-time hours. You will work with a K-12 caseload, providing essential support and guidance to students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a caseload of K-12 students, providing individualized support and case management services.
  2. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
