Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Certified Family and Marriage Therapist (CFMT) to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and treat mental health conditions.
2. Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
3. Conduct regular sessions with clients to offer counseling, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as required.
4. Perform ongoing virtual evaluations of client development.
The role of a Mental Health Therapist encompasses diagnosing and addressing various mental health issues, facilitating both individual and group sessions, and coordinating referrals to other specialists when necessary.
Ultimately, you will engage directly with clients to guide them in managing diverse mental health challenges, promoting a healthier lifestyle.
Qualifications:
1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
2. Valid certification as a Certified Family and Marriage Therapist (CFMT).
3. Specialized training or experience in addiction therapy.
4. Proficient understanding of evidence-based methodologies for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
5. Strong counseling and therapeutic skills with the ability to inspire clients.
Utilize your expertise in solution-focused therapeutic techniques to customize treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring effective and personalized care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing robust therapeutic relationships with clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
