About the Role:

  • Respond to customers through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, written correspondence, or digital communication.
  • Research account and transaction information to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate documentation.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to locate, interpret, and communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders or ATLs as needed and identify stakeholder trends or common issues to report.
  • Promote additional services or communication channels to customers when necessary.
  • Perform other duties or tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Proven ability to analyze information and make independent decisions.
