Role Overview

CipherStaff is hiring a skilled Enterprise Software Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and testing software to meet customer requirements.

About the Job Description:

  • Configuring and testing software to meet customer needs.
  • Organizing and tracking work using project management tools.
  • Communicating with customers, resolving escalated issues, and coordinating with technical support teams.
  • Documenting customer requirements using user stories, workflow diagrams, and client documentation.
  • Contributing to software product improvement by suggesting new features and creating training content.
