We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital.

About the Role

As a CNC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our CVICU unit. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, develop and implement care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving excellence in patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year acute care or specialty experience
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
  • National professional certification required within one year of meeting requirements for appropriate certification testing
